Terms & Conditions Laundry Specific

Please check your valuable item before submitting the laundry.

Only regular garments are included in the Package.

Please mention the specific clothes which will shed color, such clothes can impact other clothes as well.

Customer has to inform it in advance if there is any delicate cloth in their load.

If clothes are wet, then please mention it before submitting because there will be difference in weight at the time of delivery

Please check your clothes and actual weight of the clothes before leaving the store, NO COMPLAINT SHALL BE ENTERTAINED after leaving the store.

Stain removal is a part of process however, complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed & will be processed at customer’s risk.

Please accept a delay in service if there is any problem like Electricity, water Supply and Machinery breakdown.

For Express service you need to pay INR 100.

Terms & Conditions Package Specific

ONLY PREPAID, NO CREDIT

Packages are valid for a specific time so please check your package expiry date and use your quota of load accordingly.

Weight rollover process will only be applicable until 7 days post expiration of package.

Terms & Conditions Pick & Drop Specific

With packages, we offer free Pick-Up and Drop-off service within 3 Km however please ensure your laundry weight must be around 3 Kg for each Pick-Up

Our standard pick & drop timings are between 5 – 8 PM in the evening.

Beyond 3 Km, we charge INR 50 for each Pick & Drop

Our standard turnaround time for a delivery is 2 business days
